Needs to be checked: Crackling feeling in right chest may be due to bronchitis or pnumonia, or some thing in chest wall as you also have chest pain and you are using inhalers, probably for asthma
actually you do need a thorough examination to find out what is causing the crackling feeling, so get it checked by your doctor.

Hmmm pain on: Inspiration?  You might have pleuritic chest pain.  I would see your family doctor or respiratory physician.  They might listen to your lungs and breath sounds and get an xray.

Can take weeks: I am sorry to hear about the bronchitis.  This excess phlegm is just the after effects of the inflammatory process and can take a couple (sometime 3-4 weeks) weeks to resolve.  You could try guaifenesin 300 mg by mouth and you can take this every 4 hours if needed.  This will help break up the mucus/phlegm.  Just make sure you are not pregnant while taking this.  Guaifenesin is also called Mucinex

i tested positive for covid 19. i have been sick for about 3 weeks but only got tested 14 days ago. i be an feeling better on friday,  saturday and sunday. but yesterday i started feeling sick again. i have pain in my back by my lungs. ?

Be seen: COVID or not if you have been ill for 14 days and have back and lung pain you probably have a pneumonia of some type or at least need to be evaluated for it.

Wheezing too?: Are you wheezing and coughing too? You may have an allergic or reactive airway disorder. How long have you had the symptoms, and what - if anything - have you taken that has given you relief?

Bronchitis: If you have lingering cough productive of  discolored sputum, fever, wheezing, shortness of breath or chest pains on deep breathing, further evaluation and possible chest X-Ray as well as continued treatment would be needed.
