Needs to be checked: Crackling feeling in right chest may be due to bronchitis or pnumonia, or some thing in chest wall as you also have chest pain and you are using inhalers, probably for asthma actually you do need a thorough examination to find out what is causing the crackling feeling, so get it checked by your doctor.
