A few things: Age is a factor here. A young person going thru a growth spurt would have increased caloric needs and if these were not met, weight could be lost. On the other hand, if a person increased their activity level this would also increase caloric needs. This again would lead to weight loss if the the new caloric needs were not met. In both cases a person's appetite may increase or stay normal.

The unexplained or unintentional weight loss is due to cancer (consumption disease) until proven otherwise. Return to your oncologist for workup.

Food intake: University can be fun but you must change your eating habits. One meal a day is inadequate and you should really try breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Spread out your food intake over these times.
If you are indeed losing weight you should slightly increase the size of your meals.
Improvement won't happen overnight but you will come to appreciate the benefit.

Weight loss:  Do you feel ill in any way. Many of patients lose their appetites but continue to make themselves eat regularly? Are you making the effort to eat?  Your doctor can workup to try to determine cause.
