: I wouldn't assume this is the cause. This is marginally low and seldom if ever the cause of such a pattern of symptoms. It the hemoglobin were down in the 5-6 range I would expect it might, but not at 12. I would look for another reason as more likely.

Shin splints: First make sure that your lower leg pain is not really a stress fracture of the tibia bone.  Treatment of medial tibia stress syndrome (shin splint)involves icing up to three times a day, taking some antiinflammatory medication, reducing impact activities, get shock absorbing insoles, reduce your miles running and increase them gradually.

Partial tear: Usually this history means a partial tear of one the calf muscles. The medial head of the gastrocnemius is the most common. Tingling may just be from some swelling around the nerve. I expect that to resolve within a few days. Rest, ice a calf sleeve and wearing supportive shoes with heels should all help you. Don't stretch it. Ibuprofen optional. Healing usually in 2-6 weeks.

Not really: The body doesn’t like to move through a painful area, but that is not weakness. This should be evaluated. Fibromyalgia is associated with other systemic condition such as RA, and you need to be certain that the fibro condition exists alone

i was diganosed with covid on the 2nd of jan and notice in the last week that if i exercise by walking a distance, my legs feels weak and there is tingling all over it....still have weakness in it even though im not exercising it, please advise?

Not unexpected : Recovery from COVID19 is very variable - some are better in a few days, others can take many weeks or even a few months to recover. We don’t understand why and don’t understand how to treat these lingering symptoms. Continuing your exercise routine does not seem to be harmful (and may even help). All kinds of vitamins and supplements appear to make no difference

? Lumbar stenosis: Weakness or pain and neuropathic pain in the legs with walking can be of vascular origin or a result of spinal cord irritation by arthritic changes in the spine. If it is vascular it is called claudication. If spinal it is called neurogenic claudication. In any case you are of an age where a workup is warranted.

Wheelchair bound: If you are permanently wheel chair bound, you will have to make some changes in your diet to adjust to less exercise. By trial and error, you can figure out how many calories you can eat a day to not gain weight if you use a food diary. There are some exercises that can still burn calroies while seated. Talk to a physical therapist for suggestions.
