Need more info: There is no need to get a cerclage just because you have a twin pregnancy. It is recommended only if there's risk of preterm labor. There are, of course, risks to this procedure - including infection, bleeding, premature rupture of membranes, preterm labor, etc. The success rate ranges from 80-90% if done electively (not emergency). You should discuss further with your OB. Best wishes.

Varies...: How in tune are you to your body? How soon people feel (or at least recognize) the early signs of pregnancy varies.  I know people that were shocked to find out months into their pregnancy that they were pregnant and others such as myself who "KNOW" by 3-4 weeks (just 1-2 weeks after conception).

No time at all: There would be no increased pregnancy risk from delaying one dose by 12 hours. Better yet, don't skip at all:  take your 6 pm dose on schedule, and next dose at 7 am the next morning, then 7 am daily.

You're done: Those pills are definitely out of your system by now.  The 1/2 life of most birth control pills is around 8-12 hours.  So effects wore off long ago.

should i be worried if i took my bc 1hr late? 8:30pm is my usual time (always on time) but i took it at 9:33pm, it happened on nov29 and last sex is on nov27 (pull out 2x). am i safe from pregnancy even though i'm 1hr late 2days after the last sex?

: Most oral hormonal birth control products should be taken at around the same time each day, but usually do not require so much precision.  Usually and hour or so should not be a problem. That said, no type of birth control is 100% effective.  In the situation you describe, pregnancy is highly unlikely. If your period is late, check a pregnancy test.

See your doctor: After 3 miscarriages, you should see your doc for an evaluation for recurrent miscarriage. The good news is that you still have an excellent chance for pregnancy success even with no additional measures.

Maybe: There are a few different medications used for causing  abortions.  Without knowing which one you are using,  I am limited in my response.  Some cause birth defects and change the way the ovaries work.  Some doctors think too many abortions may cause difficulties carrying future pregnancies.  If you are having sex that much, why not use  something to prevent  pregnancy?

HF/LC, Ex ; Daily Wt: No &quot;certain diet&quot;; always an issue of quantity in, retained ; out. High fat foods, of natural origin, ↓ likely stored as fat; carbs most converted to fat ; stored. Exercise also a factor. With pregnancy, ↑ water retention for amniotic fluid (swimming pool for baby, if your will, also an issue). Weigh food ; self daily, after commode, nothing on, on scale to 0.1 lb, record food eaten ; experiment.

is it safe to get a tattoo in pregnancy?

No: Well really the answer is maybe.  Tattooing has some risks whenever you get it.  There is a small risk of infection (hiv, hepatitis c) that is reduced with using clean needles in a clean place.  But there is a risk of infection from the break in the skin that occurs.  This infection can spread to the blood and put your baby at risk. In general, we recommend you wait until after to get a tattoo.
