Wart like bumps: Could be indicative of common warts (rough, firm bumps) which are caused by poxvirus. Treatment includes observation or eradication using over the counter solutions and occlusion. I find that freezing the lesions w/ liquid nitrogen is more effective. If bumps are flesh colored, possibly w/ a central dimple, these may be molluscum contagiosum which are benign and also amenable to freezing if few #.

i have a raised medium sized red bump on the inside of my forearm. it is hard & incredibly itchy. originally a bite (2018) but it went away. 13 months ago it would flare up and get itchy. 2 months ago it has remained itchy. what is it? wart, keloid?

Dermatologist: Consult a dermatologist. A bug bite site shouldn't remain itchy for more than 10  days or so. Some people can develop a keloid even after a scratch, but since your lesion is very firm and chronically itchy, I recommend that a specialist examine and advise you.

Doctor can help: A wart on a person's arm should not hurt. His primary care doctor or a dermatologist can get rid of it. If the primary care doctor is not sure whether it is a wart or not, the dermatologist can examine it to confirm what it is.

Number: If these are molluscum a herbal product called molluscumrx is safe and effective. If tese are raide warts ad are extensive prescription cream such as tretinoin, tazorac (tazarotene) or lara may be neessary.

Probably not a wart: It is not feasible to know for sure without having examined the "wart", but if it was there for years, it is unlikely to have been a wart. For now, you may watch and wait, if the lesion comes back or spreads, be sure to see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

It happens: The ones that spread easily are a cousin of the wart called molluscum contagiosum. They are usually smaller, and may have a dimple in their top. These can fall off over time (6m-1yr) without treatment. They could also be warts that last longer. Treatments always leave small scars.  You should confirm the process with the doc. They are not a threat to the kid.

Warts vs. skin tags: More information is necessary.  There can be several types of growths under the arm, usually either warts or skin tags.  Skin tags can be removed or frozen easily by a primary care provider; warts can be frozen.  See your provider.
