Have it removed: Have the skin tag numbed and either burn, freeze or cut off.  When you ask, "How may I remove this", you don't mean doing it yourself?  It hurts and bleeds.

im a 49 year old female. a couple years ago, i suddenly developed a wart on my chin. had it removed, now i suddenly have one on my upper arm. does this mean my immune system is weak? menopause?

Not menopause: Menopause isn't associated with increased susceptibility to viral diseases, such as warts.  It may not mean your immune system is 'weak' per se, though of course viral illnesses and lesions can be affected by diminished or weakened immune system.  Sleep is #1 way to help fend off viral illnesses, make sure you're getting at least 7-8 hours a night.  Good luck!

No.: Penile "warts" are not normal and may be a sign of hpv infection.  The human papillomavirus is a common genital condition (in both men and women).  Hpv is infectious, and if you have it, you may transmit it to sexual partners.  It would be good to visit with a clinic / healthcare provider to have an examination and see if an appropriate treatment could be pursued.  Hope that this helps.

See a physician: Warts are caused by the HPV virus. There are many medications and alternative treatments that work. They also can be removed by a Dermatologist if needed. But before you consider self treatment be sure to have the involved area examined by a physician to be sure you are not dealing with a precancerous actinic keratosis or squamous cell cancer.

No: Please don't as the scalp is very vascular and prone to bleeding profusely.  Have a dermatologist do it, please.

HPV: Don't worry, you will be fine. You are describing the human condition. We are exposed to pathogens on a daily basis, including during sexual activity. HPV is the most commonly spread STD in the US but only certain strains cause cancer and our immune system can handle many of them. Get screened by your dentist/MD and get your PAP by your OB/GYN, your age indicates its time. Stay calm.

So you are asking: about warts on fingertip and spot on forehead. First you need to file warts down when wet after bath or shower, and cover with OTC wart meds. If not clear in a month you need to see a dermatologist. As far as the soft spot, without seeing and touching it, i don't know if its a cyst, lipoma or whatever else it could be, so see your doctor
