So you are asking: about warts on fingertip and spot on forehead. First you need to file warts down when wet after bath or shower, and cover with OTC wart meds. If not clear in a month you need to see a dermatologist. As far as the soft spot, without seeing and touching it, i don't know if its a cyst, lipoma or whatever else it could be, so see your doctor
