Could be a wart: Warts especially on hands are easily irritated due to pressure, scratching etc.  The inflamed wart will be red swollen and painful but should calm down in a few days.  It needs to be seen by an md and are easily treated.    Good luck!

: True warts are rare on the palms. Assuming you are sexually active, syphilis is a real concern for rash involving the palms or the soles of the feet. See a doctor ASAP. For guaranteed quality care, your nearest NHS GUM clinic would be an excellent choice -- but see someone soon and have a syphilis blood test. Good luck.

Exam needed: A physician or dermatologist would have to examine this eruption in order to make a diagnosis. The bumps could be a reaction to something that came in contact with your elbow. Other possibilities include psoriasis or atopic dermatitis which is similar to eczema. For now observe for any other outbreaks and apply a corticosteroid type ointment.

First : First of all let me assure you that your fertility will not be affected by hpv. As long as you follow up with routine pap smears as scheduled by your doctor you will be fine and should not worry about cervical cancer. As far as the warts are concerned, honestly they can vary in description from person to person. You should have your family doctor or gynecologist take a look and tell you wheter or not they are genital warts. If so there are multiple treatment options available.

By seeing your MD: Sensitive areas over the counter ointments may not be good , or  may give problems , also you need evaluation it is only a genital wart caused by hpv virus not some thing serious like penile cancer.

Blocked gland?: A sebaceous cyst is a collection of oily fluid that occurs when an oil gland is blocked.  Some folks are more prone to them than other and they often appear on the neck, shoulders, and back.  Try to avoid skin products that are oily.  I would also stay away from transfats and bad oils, which is good for overall health.  See doctor for diagnosis.  It may be something else. Peace and good health.
