Hemolysis: There are multiple possibilities. Blood loss can be present without visible bleeding. Your severe anemia sounds like you are not producing enough red cells, regardless of whether you are bleeding or not. You should see a hemotologist for a full workup, including a bone marrow biopsy.

Depends on the cause: Anemia is a low red blood cell (rbc) count; this can also be defined by a low hemoglobin level, which is the protein that carries oxygen in the rbc.  Anemia is either due to decreased production of rbcs (ie dietary) or increased destruction/loss (ie bleeding).  Many of these causes are treatable/curable, but require diagnosis first.

It is most often due to hypovitaminosis, specifically a deficiency of vitamin B12 and/or folic acid, deficiency in micronutrient- as well as others including drugs/chemo etc. Work up needs to be done.

Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

A hematologist is likely to look at a blood smear under a microscope to see the types and sizes of cells, in addition to lab analyses, and occasionally will need a bone marrow biopsy.  Treatment could be medication, transfusion or other modality depending on the cause.
