Change your habbits: You can change your habbits by being well disciplined. You should set an alarm clock and get up at a reasonable time in the morning. If you wake up early you will be tired by evening and ready to sleep earlier than your current time. If you adjust your alarm by  half hour to one hour earlier daily, you can achieve your goal of going to bed earlier every day which will help you to wake up early.

Improv sleep hygiene: You could improve your sleep hygiene. This means you try to sleep everyday at the same time (~10:30pm). The bed is only for sleeping and not watching TV, internet. No meals 2 hours before bedtime.  Also don't drink coffee or dark teas.  Try instead warm milk.  Sleep in a cool, dark room, without distractions (noise).

Start by getting a: good night's sleep. Retire &amp; rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark &amp; cool &amp; use only for sex &amp; sleep. Turn off tv. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening. No caffeine for 6 hrs &amp; no alcohol or tobacco w/i 2 hrs of sleep. Keep dinner moderate sized &amp; finish at least 2 to 3 hrs before sleep. Can try warm milk, Chamomile tea or melatonin along w light reading, warm bath or lavender

Alcohol: The drinking will help you fall in sleep but because it is usually short acting  most of the people will wake up early morning with excessive dreams or nightmares.
Or rebound early morning insomnia.
