Tricky question: If you mean a mail order pharmacy your health plan requires, probably yes. If you are talking about out of the country pharmacies that will sell you just about anything, i would think twice before using them. We can not be sure about the quality of drugs manufactured outside the us , especially in countries where their version of the fda is not strong.

Varies: I know this is not so good an answer but it really does vary depending on the actual duties, your training, union membership and type of facility (ie federal, municipal private hospital or compounding pharmacy. Many states require certification (national) and many who don't have technician laws still require national certification, Look into your own state's regulations
