It tends to occupy lymph nodes rather than marrow. Hyperviscosity of the blood is likely to be the most troublesome feature.

Not right tests: If you wish to be tested for multiple myeloma or Waldenstrom, you should have serum protein electrophoresis and immunofixation electrophoresis and if needed similar studies on urine. It is not a do it yourself diagnosis and your doctor should order the tests, if warranted.

Perhaps: People with waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia usually go to their doctor because of lymph node enlargement. This is usually not painful. In late stages, anemia and other low blood counts become more problematic.

This is considered an early b cell lymphoma.  There are usually no symptoms but it might lead to  diseases like multiple myeloma, so it isn't treated but watched.

Of course; let the expert(hematologist/oncologist) make the final determination.  And congratulations! if you are indeed in remission.

IgM is macroglobulin: Macroglobulinemia is the term for monoclonal igm. However what you described is confusing/erroneous term, igm kappa is not light chain gammopathy. Igm kappa, by definition is macroglobulin.

Low grade lymphoma: It is a disorder where one produces more antibody, specifically igm.  This antibody is large so when in increased numbers can lead to several problems.  These include what is called hyper viscosity syndrome.  As there is too much of this protein, it tends to clog small arterioles and can lead to such things as mouth sores, kidney problems and other issues.  The goal is keep the level down.
