Possible neuropathy: They are probably two different things...If you have abnormal sense of temperature with numbness and tingling in your feet or burning pain...You may have peripheral neuropathy.

As far as the tremor is concerned, they may be qualified further as occurring when at rest, posture holding or with action.

Seizure: You should be evaluated for a seizure disorder.  Symptoms can include leg shaking or numbness.  Tremor can cause leg shaking but is usually not associated with numbness.  Limb shaking t.I.A. Is also a rare stroke syndrome that needs to be ruled out.

I : I agree that your symptoms are concerning.  There are multiple conditions that could cause this.  Considerations would be a neurologic issue, anemia, electrolyte imbalance (sodium/potassium),  abnormal glucose, or dehydration.  Please have a medical evaluation and be sure that there is not a serious problem.

VariousPossibilities: You may be experiencing dehydration or low blood pressure, or even low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).  May need to be careful with stimulants including caffeine.  If these don't improve the situation, best to be evaluated by your primary doctor to make sure the heart and heart rhythm are healthy.

Thyroid: Perhaps the thyroid gland is not working. It regulates your metabolism as far as keeping you at a normal temperature. Your thyroid gland is located in your neck. Blood tests show how well it is working.
Under active thyroid could be causing you these symptoms. Infection somewhere in the body could also lead to decreased temperature.
Don't delay seek medical attention today.

: If this represents Long-COVID-19, chronic unusual symptoms have been experienced.  The tingling could represent peripheral neuropathy, or spinal cord irritation (leg weakness might suggest neck location).  Would urge an evaluation from a neurologist and propose consideration of possible EMG and MRI of neck.

Stress?: You sound stressed out. If all your tests are normal, it's fair to say that you don't have heart disease causing your symptoms. A migraine variant could cause this. But stress would be my first guess. Does that fit? If not, further (non-cardiac) testing should be pursued.
