Thyroid: Perhaps the thyroid gland is not working. It regulates your metabolism as far as keeping you at a normal temperature. Your thyroid gland is located in your neck. Blood tests show how well it is working. Under active thyroid could be causing you these symptoms. Infection somewhere in the body could also lead to decreased temperature. Don't delay seek medical attention today.
