Maybe a little: I would go easy with the coffee in the context of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) administration.  The side effects of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) are potentiated when combined with coffee.  If you drink only a little bit of coffee it probably would not affect you as negatively.  Stay safe!

Whoa!: Alcohol disrupts sleep, so does vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). Sleep is essential for proper brain function. If you need vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine), presumably to treat adhd, then you should consider backing down on the alcohol consumption. Alcohol is also anxiogenic and depressogenic, so is vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). If you have anxiety or depression, that's another reason to minimize alcohol intake.

No alcohol: There are no listed interactions of Cefdinir and Vyvance, however there are warnings not to use Cefdinir and alcohol together.

Yes, but ...: Why ???  Vyvanse and Adderall are both for treatment of attention deficit disorder. Vyvanse comes in several different dose amounts and has different absorption and metabolic characteristics than Adderall. They are not mg to mg equivalent. Speak to your doc about when switching your meds.

i've been taking 75mg of effexor, (venlafaxine) and a mild dose of vyvanse. i understand that alcohol is not a good mix, but what can i do if i plan on drinking?

Plan for trouble: I think you mean 'hear' by 'understand' - if you really comprehended, you'd know that even mixing your meds is a risk for serotonin syndrome. I know, it's low doses and you're maybe a big guy. Yeah, yeah. So, if you plan to take yet more risk - don't drive or do anything that requires being clear headed and warn people w/ you how to get you to medical care if you have chest pain, rapid pulse, etc.

Careful: What are you attempting to accomplish? Hopefully u are taking the vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) for attention deficit and not weight loss.  Green coffee contains caffeine, similar to regular coffee. Therefore, green coffee can cause caffeine-related side effects including insomnia, nervousness and restlessness, and cardiovascular changes that can be additive to those of a stimulant such as vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine).

Yes.: Don't over-drink, whether on vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) or not.  And, of course, take vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) as rx'd.  The two substances are not incompatible.

Medications Risks: Sertraline may increase the effects of Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine)- jitteriness, anxiety.  Taking together increases the risk of a serious condition - Serotonin Syndrome.
Using Alcohol with Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) can increase the risk of increased heart rate, chest pain, or blood pressure changes.

Drinking Alcohol with these medications can cause impaired judgment.
