If you are asking about after an open ventral hernia repair -- your diet does not need to change, but there is an exception.

Weight loss/obesity. Abdominal weight is directly related the rate of recurrence for ventral hernias. Diet should be such that it is a healthy diet preventing weight gain.

Realize for most: Supplements, there is no "best".  Neither utilize a third party/independent certifier/certification, like NSF which can better attest to the reported nutrient content.  It is nice to know with Vega One products that they don't contain GMO's; while it's not clear that GMO's cause any harm, it seem prudent to avoid foods that are genetically modified when possible.

Start at 6 months: It is ideal for infants to be only breastfed until 6 months, with the addition of solid food to breastfeeding at ~ 6 months of age. Veggies and fruits do not need to be first foods. You can start with meat, legumes such as beans/peas, cereals, or whatever else you prefer. High iron solids are recommended as early foods for breastfed babies, which means that meat is considered an early food.

Pasta/oil/cheese?: I am a vegetarian and have difficulty not gaining weight.  I think the culprits are cheese and cream in my case.  If you are vegan then watch how many carbohydrates, like bread and pasta you eat, and monitor how much oil is in your food.  Best wishes.

Fitness: Vegetarians and the fitness culture often run together. Hit the gym hard, including resistance training. You want lean muscle. Creatine and (if okay with your doctor) an electronic muscle stimulator can work wonders for you. Be sure you are getting enough protein; supplements are available, if whey's off-limits there's soy. Many women prefer a lean, sinewy man. Good luck.

ED Medication: Viagra, levitra, (vardenafil) and Cialis are all three very safe medications to help the male get and maintain a firm erection.  They should not be used if a person has any heart condition requiring treatment with nitrates. If you have significant medical problems it would be best to talk this over with your doctor.
