Palpitations: These are caused by many things. Stress, excitement, irritants both physical and chemical, pressure like a hiatal hernia or esophageal push or pull, and primary heart things, the causes are very many in number.

Walking works: Any exercise is good. Do something you enjoy and you'll be more likely to do it! Walking is perfectly good exercise. Take earphones and your MP3 player or bring your best friend with you. Bicycling and swimming are excellent too. Yoga's good. Golf, tennis, basketball. Go for it!

Walking: But ANY exercise will do. Better to start with aerobic exercise (walking, biking, swimming, elliptical, etc) and then may add some anaerobic (weights) but more repetitions than intensity.
Start slow and build up. Clear with your doctor first.

Any time: It absolutely doesn't matter at all. The antiplatelet effect of Aspirin lasts for the life of the platelet (10 days) and is irreversible. By taking an Aspirin each day, you assure that all platelets are affected. The timing doesn't matter since 90% of your platelets are affected on any given day.

In severe cases yes: The extreme pain and at times panic that accompanies severe pain in the chest can send patients who are hyperaware of physiological processes in their body into a panic attack.  There is a term psychosomatic that refers to the mind body connection and when the body is ailing there is frequently repercussions for the mental health of the individual who is struggling with these symptoms.

: Since these supplements are not investigated by the FDA physicians are reluctant to endorse them as there is concern about possible contaminants that could interact with medications. Also the proper doses are not really known and there is some doubt about their efficacy.

Lots: Infected teeth and/or gums, joint dysfunction, clenching or grinding, muscle imbalance, and so many other problems.  See your Dentist.

Shoulder issues: Most shoulder issues have nothing to do with the heart. When shoulder pain is caused by myocardial ischemia, it does indicate the possibility of a future heart attack. If the heart problem isn't treated, the likelihood of an event is higher than if it is aggressively treated. Timing prediction relates to the frequency and severity of the symptoms. This should be discussed with your doctor.
