A thorough exam and some directed imaging studies &amp; labs should provide your answer.

Probable reflux: Since this happens after lying down this is typical of reflux. Eating small meals, staying upright after eating, avoiding alcohol, tobacco, acidic foods can help. If this continues it would be good for you to see your primary Care Physician.

Abdominal migraine is often associated with a family history of migraine headaches, so if people in your family have migraines, this would be a possibility. Suggest a visit with your primary care doctor to help sort this out.

Gagging: One solution for this that really works well for some is to put some table salt on the very back of the top of your tongue right before brushing. This can really suppress your gag reflex for a few minutes, allowing you to brush your teeth. Obviously, if you are on a restricted salt diet, ok this with your primary health provider, first.

Common causes of such symptoms are the stomach flu, food poisoning, ear infection, influenza, toxin ingestion, or other infections. Many times, we don't know the exact cause even after an exam, but just help with symptom relief. His doctor can help.

i am fighting post nasal drip. my doctor prescribed allegra. but i am still having nausea and vomiting in the morning from mucus build up. i tried mucinex before i was prescribed allegra but it didn't seem to help. any suggestions?
