Ive been feeling sick and vomiting in the morning this morning and im bloated and later for my period i dont know whats wrong with me ?

Period late vomiting: Would check HCG. May be gastroenteritis, or food intolerance which is hard ot diagnosis on a single episode , or rarely ovarian issues but if period is late check HCG.
