Frozen and most canned are processed at the peak of ripeness and are VERY convenient. They are all good!

Variability: The time of day will not affect height measurements in a significant way. Any measurements, be it height or otherwise, will have some inherit variability due to a variety of factors. Height notoriously has a far amount of variability based on how rigid the person who is getting measured stands. If someone is more tired (tied to time of day?), they may not straighten their spine as much.
