is hyaluronidase a safe product to use? is hyaluronidase used to dissolve filler (restylane) under my eyes. i cannot find a lot of information on this drug. has it been around long enough to see if there are any long-term side effects?

Your : Your body makes hyaluronidase, and that's why dermal fillers are not permanent.  Injecting it to breakdown the Restylane will hasten the dissolution.  If you simply have some minor irregularity, sometimes just massaging the area will be sufficient.  If you have blueish bumps, you will likely benefit from hyaluronidase.

i was given hyaluronidase injections for lumpy juvederm .  the areas are still hard and lumpy  but have gone down a little.  do i   need  more?

Depends: If it has been a few weeks, then return to your doc for an evaluation.  Otherwise give it a little time!

Fertilization: Most evidence points to HUA activity allowing sperm to penetrate egg.  Probably is far more complicated than this simple answer.  Look up on Google etc.

Should not: Usually would undo injected medication.Use under the eye works but must be done very carefully be experienced doctor to avoid injection into vessels.

Hyaluronidase won't: Hyaluronidase won't help scars.  It helps dissolve hyaluronic acid which is present between collagen fibers but scars are made up of dense collagen bundles which are not affected by hyaluronidase.

Possibly: Some people get allergic to hyaluronidase.  It is used to dissolve fillers- hyaluronic acids.  Give your filler a couple days to settle in before dissolving if you can as it is expensive to have fillers placed.

my eyes seem smaller after juvederm on march 30th, is it  due to swelling or permanent?no changes since 3-4 days, should i resolve with hyaluronidase?

Ask surgeon: Swelling can take several days to go down. Ice may help. A check up with the surgeon who injected can direct care in the best way. Nobody could give an accurate answer without seeing you in person.

Don't panic!: Fortunately, perlane, (dermal fillers) like all hyaluronic acid dermal filers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. There is a new human recombinant form that may cause less allergic reaction. The product also can be squeezed out through a needle stick. Talk to your doctor for advice or seek another opinion from a local plastic surgeon or dermatologist.

2 weeks: Give it time as the tear trough is sensitive to swelling.

Maybe: Perlane, like restylane, (dermal fillers) juvederm and beltero is a hyaluronic acid filler. All of these have the advantage that they can be dissolved using an injection of an enzyme to break them down. That enzyme is hyaluronidase. There are many different forms. Most recently a human recombinant form may be better tolerated. The excess can also be squeezed out sometimes. Speak to your doctor for advice.
