Nerve injury repair: Nerves may be either peripheral or central. Those outside the brain and spinal cord generally have a coating of myelin that is sensitive to b vitamins, specifically b1, b6, b12, and folate (folic acid). Methylfolate (folic acid) and B12 are indicated in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. But before just taking some, have yourself tested to determine if they are needed, and diagnose the reason for nerve injury.

Sometimes: If you have pernicious anemia, b-12 injections can reverse much of the nerve issues.  If you have diabetic neuropathy, a medical food, metanx which contains b-12, folate, (folic acid) and b-6 in biologically active form can help regrow small nerve fibres.  But otherwise, not sure supplements are going to make much difference.

autoimmune disease & vitamins help with similar illnesses. Autoimmune

No shortcut: cetain infections will leave either hyper or hypopigmentation. I am not aware of a cure for herpes induce hyperpigmentation.

Most vitamins are water soluble, taking extra only makes them end up in the toilet. Taking extra fat soluble vitamins when you don't need them could make you sick. Ask your family doctor if you are having any deficiency. Most people in the usa are low on vitamin d. Correcting that might help.

However, vitamin replacement is useful IF those vitamin levels are low. Have your doctor check levels of 25-OH-Vit D, B12, Folate, (folic acid) Thiamine - these are the most common deficiencies causing peripheral neuropathy

Liver health: Milk thistle is helpful as is black cohosh. Please discuss use of herbals with your physician before hand. To ensure good liver health either don’t drink alcohol or limit your intake (1 drink for females & 2 for males/ day).  Be proactive with hepatitis b (& a) vaccination.  Avoid risks like sharing needles (iv drug use), unprotected sex or lack of sanitation with piercings & tattoos.  Protect &gt;&gt;.
