if i'm taking biotin forte with zinc, but i also eat good diet with lots of beans and b vitamin foods- will this cause excess b and zinc to build up?

Accepted Answer

No: There is no worry about B vitamins "building up." The only B vitamin that our body stores is B12 and it is non-toxic. The only B vitamin known to be toxic is B6 but one usually has to take over 200 mg/day; it is impossible to get anywhere near that via diet.
Zinc toxicity is not known unless one ingests at least 100 mg/day long-term. Diet levels never approach this. 
So no need to worry.

Neurological: There are a variety of nerves running along the sides of your face. Any burning, cold, tingling, painful jolt, or crawling sensation could be the result of improper stimulation of this nerve = parasthesia. If this is a recurring sensation or you have strange sensations in multiple areas, it might be time to see a neurologist. They can do nerve testing and determine the underlying cause.

i have fatty liver disease with cirrhosis. i take 800 mg. vitamin e. recent blood work shows almost normal count. can i try green coffee bean extract ?

Good: Ok as long as you don't drink alcohol , unfortunately it a progressive disease. You have to be under good medical supervision, some end stage liver disease patients need liver transplantation.

i'm taking green coffee bean, vitamin b6 (metabolism), and biotin. will any of these decrease the effectiveness of my birth control pills?

Based on medical: Literature, your listed meds won't affect bcp. The meds that usually lowers the efficacy of bcp are antibiotics, antifungals, antiviral, meds for seizure  & depression. As far as we know: Sounds like you are trying to lose weight! there are no known interactions between Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) and the supplements you are taking. Interactions between nutrients and drugs have not been studied as well as interactions between drugs, but I have no reason to believe these would interact. However, it would be wise to add a good probiotic while on Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) and for a couple weeks afterwards!

im on a diet with high protein to lose fat and gain muscle, my diet is 2000 calories per day and only consists of: protein shakes, milk, flaxseeds, chicken breast, broccoli, brussel sprouts, green beans, egg, pasta. am i missing any vitamins?

: No. Your diet covers all of the vitamins and essential trace nutrients.
You will need to exercise to gain muscle, diet alone will not do it. A combination of aerobic exercise and resistance exercising/weight training will be needed to improve your muscle mass. The amount of gain will also be determined by your genetic make-up.

Best eat  real food, avoid most all the processed junk in grocery middle isles. A few vitamin deficiencies are more common, e.g. Vit. D3. Thus check & target treat to specific goal if an issue. One size does not fit all, indeed usually fits no one well.
