Need Medical Exam: You need medical evaluation, not necessarily vitamins.  Fatigue could be from anemia and many other conditions.  See doctor soon. In the event that you are healthy and just tired, prenatal vitamins can be a good start.  You don't have to be pregnant to take them.  Many women use them as a regular daily supplement.

PNV: If you eat healthy and avoid junk food, soda, and fast food, you don't need to take any vitamins except maybe prenatal vitamins (any brand). If you are vegetarian (better), you really don't need any vitamins except possibly prenatal (although you'll be getting enough folate). If you are vegan, the only vitamin that you definitely need to take is B12 supplements.

Discuss with your Dr: I have found that this is a rather common side effect of my patients on various SSRI medications.

I think there are some ways to help, but I would start with discussing the problem with your prescribing Dr. Some patients find this a temporary side effect, while others need to add another medication or change their medication.

Living Life: I know of no physician that would recommend vitamins or supplements to a healthy 21 yo male.  Energy comes from being active, getting good sleep unencumbered by alcohol or other drugs.  The most accurate advice would also to be living a life that includes very little sugars and regular cardiovascular exercise.  One should not assume that pills will give you good health. Good health activities do.

An anorectic person: Should be more focused on eating healthy and less concerned about vitamins which wont help if she is starving herself.
