Can get side effects though, such as kidney stones from too much c.

What you need is a scalp biopsy to determine the type of hair loss you have as in male pattern hair loss which is genetic or telogen effluvium(te) which is hair loss caused by increased shedding. Overdose ? : You eliminate the excess of all those supplements in your urine within 24 hrs. I know of no problem with or reason to fret over this amount taken briefly. Be aware that vitamins A/E/D &amp; k can store in your body &amp; build up to cause problems for any excess. You should check with your doc regarding any symptoms you have &amp; get guidelines for supplement use.

Vit c, vit d: You don't say how much you have taken. Vitamin C  is hard to overdose on, especially if you are sick or stressed. Side effects would include heartburn, reflux and diarrhea. Vit D however, is fat soluble and therefor, more prone to overdose. I have pts take 2-5000 IUs daily. Overdose Symptoms include increased calcium, kidney problems, weakness, nausea and vomiting.
