Common sense: Despite "pop" claims, the last big study of vitamin k to prevent osteoporosis / osteomalacia was (as i'd expected) a miserable failure. Calcium supplements, though government-recommended, are less helpful nowadays than just being sure you have enough vitamin d. You'd do well to eat sensibly, stay physically fit, and recognize that internet stuff on "nutritional supplements" is mostly subscience.

No: That sounds like a good formula for reversing osteopenia and osteoporosis. None of those should have an effect on creatinine levels.

Not known to but...: I admire your persistence in asking this. I think the reason no one answered yet is no one knows, though i know of no evidence of this ; can think of no mechanism via which this might happen. Yes! : This sounds like a formula well-designed for bone health. Supplements work in symergy. You can't absorb calcium if you are low in vit d. Vit k makes sure the calcium goes to your bones instead of arteries. Boron improves bone density and magnesium and manganese are also important for bone health.

No: Hi. At 30 years old, you're long done gaining height. Nothing you can do to add height after your long bone growth plates fuse in your teens. If you have a healthy diet, of the vitamins and mineral you list, the only ones you're at risk for not getting enough of are calcium and vitamin D, so assure you're getting enough of them. But no supplement of any kind will lengthen bones in you.

Perhaps: Hcv and other causes of hepatocyte damage can cause issues of poor clotting which include underproduction of clotting factors.  Vitamin k sort of helps but if the liver cells are really 'sick' the vitamin k will not help.

Apples vs. oranges: They are both cardiac medicines. They are however used for totally different reasons. Calcium blockers are most commonly used to treat high blood pressure. They may also be used to treat chest pain or to slow the heart. Clot busters are used to dissolve a clot in the arteries that supply blood to the heart itself and therefore to limit the amount of heart damaged by removing the blockage.

Clotting vitamin: Vitamin K is used routinely in the newborn as they lack Vitamin K and can be used for Warfarin overdose. Generally Calcium is given with Vitamin D. Ask your doctor. There may be a reason he/she thinks you need Vitamin K. All the best.
