hi dr  please advise me i went for appendix operation january this year but still when i touched or pressed on my operation i still feel pain what mybe the cause how long dose it take for healing ?

The best person to separate your pain from structural changes left behind would be the surgeon as he or she would be able to come up with the best plan going forward as they have worked on that area of your body.

Certainly playing violent games seems to be associated with violence, though that doesn't mean the games actually caused the violence in the real world. I would say that in my judgement, children who are already vulnerable may be more easily influenced, and that kids who play these kids of games constantly are more likely to be affected.

Get HELP !:  Start with a comprehensive  evaluation by a psychologist or a psychiatrist. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is excellent for
dealing w anger problems. Getting physical through aerobic activity is an excellent way to help keep anger in check. There are more serene ways to do it – including tai chi, qi gong, acupuncture, massage &amp; meditation. Avoid drugs &amp; don't look alcohol as a solution.

A violent boyfriend: Is a dangerous situation.  Call a domestic violence shelter or a psychologist or counselor who understands domestic violence to help you decide on a plan.  Find supportive family & friends.  Because violence often gets worse when you leave or even threaten to leave, you need to prepare carefully.  If he recognizes his problem, he needs to get help.  If not, there is little chance he will change.
