hi dr  please advise me i went for appendix operation january this year but still when i touched or pressed on my operation i still feel pain what mybe the cause how long dose it take for healing ?

Postsurgical pain: Postsurgical pain, protracted, is possible and many times it might last indefinitely. The best person to separate your pain from structural changes left behind would be the surgeon as he or she would be able to come up with the best plan going forward as they have worked on that area of your body.

Practice: Assuming you have been clear by your health professional, increase your exercise by a small percentage every week. The safest way to do it is measuring your hearth beat and keeping it in between your aerobic and anaerobic threshold. There are many ways to measure it. But the fastest and most efficient way is thru "Interval Training". A combination of aerobic and anaerobic training, Google it!

Carb: Tapioca is a starch derived from the cassava plant.   It has very little fiber.

Controversial: That's a tough question to answer. Certainly playing violent games seems to be associated with violence, though that doesn't mean the games actually caused the violence in the real world. I would say that in my judgement, children who are already vulnerable may be more easily influenced, and that kids who play these kids of games constantly are more likely to be affected.

Moderation: Nowadays exercise is over rated. If too much was great, all retired unprofessional sports should the the healthiest  people, but they are not. Sport activity , of  what and how much depend on your age, and cardiovascular tolerance. In general 15 to 30 minutes a day is balanced, moderate cardio to do. Too much  of anything is not so healthy in general.

what can violent coughing do to a body?

Cough: Can cause pleuritic pain/ result in collapsed lungs/ preclude sleeping just to name a few. Typically not life threatening but can be quite a nuisance.

Exercise: Keep training and building up your exercise tolerance. Have a written exercise routine and try to increase time of exercise every 6-8 weeks. Please clear with your doctor.
