# of things: It could be any of a number of things.  Your doctor should see you and do a history physical, possibly run some tests, then let you know what's going on.

when i take a deep breath i feel vibration in my lung. as i cough it goes away. what could it be? am i dying?

Probably not now!: Vibration with a deep breath may be coming from mucus or fluid within the larger airway tubes. The fact that it clears with coughing is reassuring. Vibration: Usually this is caused by air blowing through mucus but occasionally can be caused by friction from the pleura rubbing

: If you are feeling it inside when you breathe, it could be wheezing. Do you feel it through your chest wall by putting your hand over the area? This could be due to wheezing or even secretions. Are you short of breath at all? You need to be seen by a doctor for diagnosis/treatment. You need to be seen urgently if short of breath. Good luck to you!

Left lung: Since the heart is on the left side of the chest cage, there is less lung volume there than on the right side. Therefore the right side of the chest will have more resonance.

Lung vibration: This is generally caused by phlegm/mucus in the larger airways.  Passage can occur a bit more slowly at night with some build-up.  Typically not worrisome in the absence of other symptoms.

why when my husband talks does he experience tightening in lower abs/lungs and a vibration that goes to his head it is dizzying and causes anxiety?

Could Lungs or heart: He should be ckecked for  alung or heart condition.  There are simple tests your primary care doc can do to evaluate both. Your husband could be experiencing   lack of oxygen when he speaks. That could trigger some of what you describe.

Suspect infection: That vibrating feeling, if with deep breath in/out in particular, could be an indicator of a lower respiratory tract infection (like a "walking pneumonia"). Probably best to see dr / urgent care and get a chest x-ray.

Your symptoms: Are too complex and incomplete todiagnose over the net. You need to be examined and likely have at least a chest x-ray.  Do not delay.
