can only have bowel movement in the morning after drinking coffee.. what can cause this? stool comes out skinnier and longer than normal sometimes.

Change in bowels: Change in bowels is a red-flag to doctors-- this includes alteration in stool texture, altered ease or completeness of elimination, frequency of stooling, occult bleeding, etc. Risk factors, co-morbidities, changes in activity/stress/diet, metabolic factors (diabetes, low thyroid) must be considered.  It may be nothing serious, but medical evaluation is recommended & will likely prove reassuring.

i know this is going to sound insane but i have had bloody stool for a few years now. what is this. too afraid for doctors visit also no longer having regular bowel movements. it looks like balls of puss when i try to have a bowel movement and it smells.

You : You definitely need to see a doctor right away. Blood in the stool is often just hemorrhoids or something minor like that. But sometimes in can be something much worse that needs to be diagnosed without delay.

Get evaluated!: At 18,  these are unusual complaints.

I am concerned that you have a significant nerve compression,  especially with the low back pain with standing,  and the bladder and bowel inconsistency.

Please get this evaluated by a physician immediately.

The issue is more...: More teamwork and evaluation with the primary care and gastrointestinal doctors are needed. A person with constipation needs to be sure there is no other disease causing it. If constipation is just due to slow movement of the food and poop through the gut, then the things to try are exercise, vegetables, prune juice, laxatives, etc. Colonoscopy may be needed. Doctor may try Linzess or Amitiza.

33 f - 4 week old fissure at 3oclock, no longer hurting just open like an ulcer feel like anal canal has narrowed, no urge to go toilet for 5 days, no bloat/pain can only open bowels with suppository, narrower stool & some blood. is this concerning?

: A fissure at 3 oclock is a bit unusual but at least a colorectal surgeon should evaluate. Narrow stools with a fissure suspicious for spasm in the anal sphincter and this could lead to infrequent and difficult stools. You can gall but cutting back on caffeine and alcohol increasing your intake of other fluids. If a surgeon suggest a proctoscopy or sigmoidoscopy &amp;/or sphincterotmy, get it done.

: I am not sure what beige is in NJ but in NV it means a shade of brown which is normal for stool. Likely something you ate.

MD: Hey luis, black stools could mean there is or was some bleeding in the upper GI tract but other things can do it too (like taking pepto bismol). Most GI bleeding stops on its own but should be evaluated. See your doc to check if there is blood in the stool. He/she will take it from there.  If you feel very ill or have significant bleeding, go to the hospital, k?

Bloody stool: Reasons for blood in stools can include hemorrhoids, fistulas, fissures, cancer, infection and inflammatory conditions. Get it medically checked.

Depends: Sometimes is the bile juice, a normal secretion of your digestive tube, that gives this color to your stool. If you have no symptoms  whatsoevere probably this is the reason.
