: Peyronie's disease or curvature of the penis can cause pain although you're a little young to have it as it's rare before the age of 30.  For peace of mind have an examination  by your physician or a urologist and be advised.

Here are some ...: What you've been experiencing is entirely normal, apparently from nocturnal emission during erotic dream. Known to most, all men have nocturnal erection for 3-5 times lasting 15-30 minutes over a sleep of some 8 hours, but without knowing it by themselves if not waking-up except the one in the morning - so-called peeing erection before urinating. So, you're ok; enjoy and live on.

Body heals itself!!: Erections are affected by emotions and can go down if you are anxious/stressed.You do not have any cracks in your sinusoids/in the penis. That does not happen unless you physically beat your penis up! There is no such thing as spontaneous cracks. if there was any damage it will cause pain in the penis.
So you can ignore it and let your penis alone and do its job. You do not have to avoid sex.

Confusing question: Babies depend on their open nasal passages to breathe normally. If baby must stop feeding to do some breathing or seems to work harder to breathe during feedings, she needs her nose cleaned of any mucous or irritant debris. Dust, smoke & fragrances, make it hard for babies & saline nose rinse is your best rx. I don't know of any babies that drink during sleep, but many sound bad if congested.

Yes: Sleeping hard means being so deeply asleep that the person is unresponsive to stimuli which would ordinarily cause some postural adjustment or actual awakening. If a wrist is markedly bent or the elbows markedly flexed or the shoulder abducted, this could happen.

i always get an aching headache for an entire day after a hard strenuous cardio workout. it goes away during sleep. what is happening with the brain?

Hard to say!: Are you drinking enough water?  Did you eat before your work out?  You may need to have a small low-protein snack like an orange or two, 30-60 minutes before you exercise to make sure you have enough energy to fuel your routine.  Also, dehydration can cause headaches.  If drinking more water and during workout and a small snack does not help, check with a doc to find out what's up.

: Sexual dreams and ejaculation occur in people who do not have frequent sex- and also occur in people who do- normally. it is said to be an uncontrolled result of abstinence. It is normal and nothing to be ashamed of. In certain cultures it is considered to be 'bad', embarrassing- it should not be. Finding a sexual outlet might decrease this . Good luck

Erectile Dysfunction: ED in a man as young as you needs to be looked into by your doctor.  Please see him/her.  The situation may be hormonal, vascular, psychological, or a combo of the above in origin.  Smoking doesn't help. Lots of reasons to be hopeful.  Peace and good health.
