Im 20 years old and ive been having a hard time getting and maintaining a erection. ive been taking about 3 ibuprofens a night for the last 4 days because i havent been able to sleep and ive been sick. heavy smoker?

Erectile Dysfunction: ED in a man as young as you needs to be looked into by your doctor. Please see him/her. The situation may be hormonal, vascular, psychological, or a combo of the above in origin. Smoking doesn't help. Lots of reasons to be hopeful. Peace and good health.

If your doc has ruled out vascular issues we can discuss psychological and hormonal issues and possible saliva testing. I'm out of town at the moment and it would be best to do that when I return Wed. eve or thereafter. You can make a HT appt and we can go from there. I think video would be the mor helpful route rather than text chat. Lots of reason to hope. Peace.

I forgot that you need to be in a state i am licensed in, PA or MD, or another country for a consult. If not I can give you the name of a lab for saliva testing.
