Effective: Tambocor (flecainide) is quite effective in reducing ventricular premature beats. But the bigger question is wether one needs it. Like any drug , it can make things worse . It is only recommended for people without heart disease  to control severe symptoms of palpitation not responsive to other drugs.

Not enough info: What distinguishes the significance of a rhythm disturbance is what the condition of the heart is, not the rhythm per se. Your mother needs an evaluation which includes information about how strong her heart is and whether she has evidence of blocked arteries. Other considerations are what meds she takes, her use of nicotine, alcohol and caffeine, and what symptoms, if any, she has. Warm wishes.

Probably 'begnin': The electrical system of the heart sends regular pulses to the heart muscle to signal it to contract. Many things can disturb this natural rhythm eg electrolyte abnormalities (low potassium or magnesium), excessive stimulants eg caffeine, alcohol, nasal decongestants, certain asociated conditions such as mvp (mitral valve prolapse), anxiety, hormonal fluctuations, etc.

Take seriously: i recommend a consultation with a cardiac electro physiologist.  Recent studies have correlated the amount of PVCs a person has over a 24 hour period with the development of a weakening of the heart muscle (CHF).  Therefore, a thorough evaluation and frequent follow up needs to be undertaken with consideration for medications that suppress PVCs while also being useful for preventing weak hearts.

my ekg records show a left anterior fascicular block, atrial tachycardia, nonspecific t abnormality, marked right axis, ectopic ventricular beat, low voltage in limb leads, rsr(v1) and left axis deviation. none of this was ever mentioned to me, why?

Some guesses:  Wrong person's EKG? Dr did not look at the report. Leads were not put on properly?  Discuss with your Dr. Consider getting another one.   Why was an EKG done at your age.  Must have been some reason. You did not share that information. You are keeping us in the dark or at least the shadows.

It's important to have a careful evaluation by a cardiologist who can perform the necessary history, physical exam, echocardiogram, EKG, chest X-rays and arrange the special lab tests which can help determine the underlying cause of inflammation.  This will enable accurate diagnosis and treatment.

i started getting 3 or 4 ectopic beats in a row even though i am taking bisoprolol 2,5 once a day. is there anything i can do to stop them?

Yes: Avoid caffeine, smoking, stimulants, alcohol and diminish stress if possible :)
Worrying about it does not help either.
