Unlikely to grow : At nineteen your growth centers have likely closed.Keep active & a healthy diet but don't expect to grow taller.If you want to know for sure an x-ray of your wrist & hand can be analysed for bone maturity & tell if the growth centers remain open to new growth.

Exercise: you might start by seeing your doctor to run a tests to make sure that you do not have any metabolic, endocrine, gland problems that could be causing the weight gain
you need to eat healthy diet, more protent, less carbohydrate, and fat. drink a lot of water, it might make your stomac feel full all the time,
exercise daily by walking, and running, or biking, or any kind of activity that burn cals.

Unlikely : The link between any food and acne is controversial at best and most find it insignificant. You can always have a personal intolerance or allergy to a specific food, which is a problem, but acne is not a likely result.

my fasting glucose level :123 ate breakfast but i ate an apple 2:30pm. then lunch at 3:30(kishk plate with half wheat saj bread) now at 8:30 glucose level:210. (my med are janumet&ryzodeg 14unit before lunch) could it be due to lunch?

: Could be.But I don't know if 8:30 glucose is in AM or PM.   I assum AM as for 3;30 you did not use 15:30.  Always give us all the details.  I would get the App Cronometer and enter what you eat and you can see. Track your carbs and glucose.

are foods with flaxseed (kashi cereal) or chicory root fiber (fiber1 bars/kashi cereal) safe for pregnancy? 1st trimester? heard they can cause miscarriage and/or uterine contractions?

Pregnancy: I'm not a fan of taking anything like those during pregnancy. I feel a good prenatal multivitamin and nutritious diet suffice. I also feel all medications and supplements should be ok'd by your obstetrician. He/she and your pharmacist can advise you further and answer your question.

Not recommended.: Reviewing your profile, it appears that you are already on a long list of supplements and medications. Although there are no clear-cut contraindications to adding this mixture to your current medication regimen, there certainly is potential for drug interactions. Given that there are no clinical trials proving that plexus slim has any positive effects, i would be hesitant to recommend hit in this setting.
