Vascular : Vascular headache? For migraine caffeine would better. Opioids aren't advised for ha. Try Aleve next.  Then eccedrin if needed (contains aspirin, caffeine and acetaminophen).  Nsaids however have risks like increased risk for bleeding & even increased risk for cardiovascular events.  See your pcp about starting a prescription triptan medication, like imitrex (sumatriptan).  And beware of medication overuse ha.
