Pelvic exam: It is good that your bloodwork was normal. However, if you have a vaginal irritation, you will need a pelvic exam to determine the cause. This could be an STI like chlamydia or gonorrhea, or trichomonas, or it could be a yeast or bacterial infection. I would recommend seeing a gynecologist.

I advise you consult a holisitic/integrative gynecologist, naturopath, homeopath or acupuncturist who may help discover/address the cause.

Your Gynecologist ca: It is best to seek advice from your Gynecologist and or a Dermatologist(if Gyn has not been able to help you much). These are symptoms of an infection but if that has been ruled out, some locally soothing cream might be able to relieve the itching...this will have to come from a Dermatologist.

Empiric treatment with OTC antifungal (Eg, monistat) will cure yeast vaginitis, but treatment for other forms (bacterial vaginosis, trichomonas) requires evaluation/treatment from a doctor.

Dryness: This can be for various reasons.  Medications, stress, even simple dehydration.  Other common issue is lack of stimulation prior to penetration. Take more time and consider use of a lubricant.
