Vaginal bleeding: It depends if your uterus was removed completely or partially ( total or partial hysterectomy). Assuming no uterus at all, vaginal infections, vulvar disease, bladder infections, hemorrhoids or vaginal cancer can cause vaginal bleeding or at least look like if it was coming vaginally. Also microtrauma from sex can cause vaginal bleeding.

i have been having some vaginal bleeding since nov. doctor checked my ovaries and uterus and everything was normal, what could it be? i am anemic.

Iron, Gynecologist: This is not an unusual problem in your age. Do not worry. Please see gynecologist asap. Check CBC again, iron therapy is important. Dose would depend on the degree of anemia. A birth control pill might solve the situation. If the problem persists and anemia does not resolve, see hematologist.

Get checked: Things may not have healed well at the top of the vagina where the cervix was, or it could be something more serious.  It is definitely not normal and needs to be looked at.

Polyp: If there is a polyp there, it is likely that the doctor will remove or at least biopsy it. After a hysterectomy or menopause the most common reason for bleeding is the thinning of the vaginal tissue due to low estrogen levels. This is called atrophic vaginitis. Occasionally, after a hysterectomy there will be granulation tissue or "proud flesh" at the cuff which can resemble a polyp and bleed.

what is the difference between abnormal vaginal bleeding and dysfunctional uterine bleeding?

Not much : Abnormal bleeding can be caused by tumors, polyps, lesions, cancer, etc & has an etiology (cause) identified, ie - "abnormal bleeding from fibroids". Dysfunctional bleeding usually doesn't have an organic cause and is attributed to hormonal imbalance. One's a description (sign), the other is a diagnosis. I hope that helps a little. Ultrasound needed: Consultation with your gynecologist is recommended.  Your age, medical history, and possible medications may indicate need
for a pelvic ultrasound to evaluate possible
uterine fibroid or endometrial polyp which could cause vaginal bleeding and pelvic pain and to assess possible ovarian cyst , cervical cultures to rule out possible pelvic infection.

Uterus pp: After 7 weeks pp your uterus should be of normal size. I would definetly be worried about it and would perform an HCG quantitative to make sure its zero. There are serious pathologies that can ocurr pp or after any type of pregnancy. Also placenta might be retained inside the uterus . Please follow up with your doctor.

No, see OB.: Sexual arousal or even having sex will not harm the baby. Sex may cause complications in case the placenta is low in the uterus. Occasional mild bleeding in pregnancy is not uncommon. If is persists, you should consult your OB. I trust that for the sake of your and your baby's health you are seeing an OB.

See the OBGYN: At most the Espiride would affect this only indirectly.  This is clearly a gynecologic problem.

i had a colposcopy leep procedure. i lost a lot of blood. its been 4 weeks and im still having vaginal bleeding. when will it stop?

: Such prolonged bleeding is not normal after colposcopy or LEEP. Return to the doctor who treated you. Good luck.
