Vaginal bleeding: It depends if your uterus was removed completely or partially ( total or partial hysterectomy). Assuming no uterus at all, vaginal infections, vulvar disease, bladder infections, hemorrhoids or vaginal cancer can cause vaginal bleeding or at least look like if it was coming vaginally. Also microtrauma from sex can cause vaginal bleeding.

See your doctor: Vaginal bleeding in a woman without a uterus could have a vulvar or vaginal source, such as a sore or lesion. If you have had a hysterectomy, it is also important to know if you have had your cervix removed, as the cervix can also be a source of bleeding and you may still need to undergo cervical cancer screening. It is important to see your doctor as soon as you can for an examination.
