Recently im very depressed and upset and have constriction in ovary and uterus like fear.few houers after or tomorrow i have vaginal bleeding.why this?

Your age, medical history, and possible medications may indicate need for a pelvic ultrasound to evaluate possible uterine fibroid or endometrial polyp which could cause vaginal bleeding and pelvic pain and to assess possible ovarian cyst , cervical cultures to rule out possible pelvic infection.
