Ovarian ca: hi, if you have Mucinous Adenocarcinoma then that is a cancerous tumor but because it is stage 1 the surgery should be curative, although usually the uterus and both ovaries are removed unless the woman wants to have kids later,

I : I agree with the earlier answer. This is not normal. I recommend that you do go to the emergency room because the combination of  severe abdominal pain and heavy vaginal bleeding for this length of time is serious. The bleeding needs to be stopped.

Menorrhagia, : Menorrhagia, fibroids, endometrial hyperplasia, anovulatory bleeding to name a few. Odds are good that it is menorrhagia. There are a variety of treatments available, medical, procedural (mirena (levonorgestrel) iud) and surgical for women who suffer from menorrhagia. A visit to your ob/gyn is a great start.

Why worry?: Really! go see a MD for your symptoms as "worry" never solves any issues. Both of those issues can be treated.

Can be: Ovarian growths can range from about grape size to more than a large watermelon. Most ovarian growths are fluid filled, related to the menstrual cycle and resolve spontaneously. Occasionally a growth may be solid or a mixture of fluid and solid- some of which need to be removed. Hope yours was ok.

had a tlh with both ovaries removed on 2/5. i have had daily vaginal bleeding since. isthis normal? very lightheaded and dizzy.

Yes and no: Light bleeding or spotting is normal this far out from total hysterectomy, however if it is heavy daily (like a period), then i would not consider this normal.  Vaginal cuff dehiscence is a common but rather minor complication of tlh, and worth evaluating.  
Lightheadedness can be a result of anemia from losing too much blood, but can also be a side effect of any pain meds you may be still taking.

Unrelated: This is most likely unrelated, unless of course you had a transvaginal approach at one of the few centers in the us doing it this way. Stress of anesthesia and surgery could disrupt regular menstrual cycles. I you think something is wrong however, call your surgeon or primary care - they'll take the call. Best of luck.

about 4 months now i had 9 injections for heavy vaginal bleeding. it stopped.now i have pain from all those injection on my hips n butt.is this normal?

Normal if the pain: should get better everyday
If red ,hot and more tender,   may be infection( which is rare)   should see your provider asap
No harm to try hot towel on it 15 min 4 time a day alone with some motrin

It can be: Its not uncommon to have some light bleeding post coital once you resume sex after a hysterectomy.  Hopefully you have waited the full 6 weeks.  However, if it persists or gets worse consider having your gyn take a quick look in the office.  Sometimes friable granulation tissue may need treated with silver nitrate to end the bleeding.
