Yes and no: Light bleeding or spotting is normal this far out from total hysterectomy, however if it is heavy daily (like a period), then i would not consider this normal. Vaginal cuff dehiscence is a common but rather minor complication of tlh, and worth evaluating. Lightheadedness can be a result of anemia from losing too much blood, but can also be a side effect of any pain meds you may be still taking.
