Possible but...: Any chemical may carry its unique odor after mixing with natural vaginal fluid which even varies among individuals; it's of no exception for replens. So, to verify your concern, it's no harm to smell the area with using it or with using simple KY jelly or without using it so you can smell the difference and draw a conclusion.

U prob have vaginiti: Vaginitis, not a uti, u need vaginal cultures and you may need an ultrasound to make sure it is not coming from yoru uterus.

Could be: Get a blood test for HCG level for an accurate determination.
You may repeat the home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you got pregnant from the Oct 12 sex, your doctor may be able to see evidence of pregnancy by ultrasound.

Depends: would need to know what kind of antibiotic you took. if cipro (ciprofloxacin) or bactrim, its likely Dr treated you for a UTI. If Flagyl, then a bacterial vaginal infection. If Diflucan, then a vaginal yeast infection. Many women do get vaginal yeast infections though after taking antibiotics, and this could be what occurred for you. I suggest you notify your doctor.

Fistula: Your symptoms suggest the possibility of a vaginal fistula (opening which connects) to the urethra or bladder. When bearing down to pass a stool, the increased abdominal pressure may force urine through the fistula and into the vagina. A gynecologist  or urologist can diagnose and treat you.

: If you do not think you leak urine (underwear gets wet) then you may have symptoms of vaginitis although you have not had sexual contact. You can try warm sitz bath with baking soda (1 tablespoon of baking soda in 2 liters of warm water) 10-15 minutes, two - three times/day for a day or two until the symptoms resolve. See a doctor if symptoms do not improve.

Infection: The odor is likely ammonia and urea. This odor indicates infection.  It is likely that an infection exists. It is possible that a fistula exists between vagina and bladder. It is possible that a cervical or vaginal infection exists.  The work up requires urinalysis, urine culture, GYN exam, and vaginal and cervical cultures.ur
