Early pregnancy sxs can include: lack of period, breast swelling ; tenderness with darkened areolas, fatigue, increased urination frequency, constipation, bloating, heartburn, backache, cramping, headache, food cravings or aversions, increased sense of smell, enlarged waist, feeling faint/dizzy, mood swings, increased gas, insomnia, gagging more easily ; yawning.

: Conception occurs within day or so of the sex. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.

Not necessarily: Just those two things alone do not make a diagnosis of pregnancy but if you have missed the beginning of your next menstrual cycle and have been sexually active recently with or without protection of any sort them, the possibility exists that you are pregnant. You should get a home pregnancy test and find out.but only if you have missed your expected menstrual start date, not before.

: Gravid. Uterine can press on various structures in pelvis. Hence each pregnancy is its own experience. Your  symptom appears innocuous. It will be best to see your doctor to confirm the normal pregnancy and ultrasound will be reassuring that pressure is only from pregnancy. Hope it helps.
