Take a test : If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. The vaginal discharge requires evaluation.

Can't say: It could be, but can't say. Symptoms could go with pregnancy but are not reliable. Shortly before your expected period you can do a hpt and find out.
