Not necessarily: Just those two things alone do not make a diagnosis of pregnancy but if you have missed the beginning of your next menstrual cycle and have been sexually active recently with or without protection of any sort them, the possibility exists that you are pregnant. You should get a home pregnancy test and find out.but only if you have missed your expected menstrual start date, not before.
