Cranberry: Studies show that taking cranberry tablets or cranberry juice can reduce the risk of utis.  Drinking lots of fluids and emptying your bladder before and after intercourse may help, too.  If you have 3 utis in a year, your doctor may recommend taking a low dose of antibiotic when you have intercourse.

It is important to have a urine culture done which can show whether or not the bacteria is sensitive to the particular antibiotic being used. If so and the infection continues to occur then the next step is to see a urologist.

Take a break: It sounds like your body is reacting to a lot of stress in your life.  If you are having a lot of urinary problems your vagina and cervix will react to the stress. Fatigue is your bodies way of conserving energy so battle the stressors (either physical or psychological stressors). Listen to your bodies. See your primary care doctor.  Take a break from the stress.

Cranberry lactobacil: To try to treat these 'naturally' try a cranberry juice tablet and lots of water for the uti.  For the yeast, you should cut out sugar and carbohydrates because they end of in your vaginal secretions and the yeast grow more.  Some people have good results with lactobacillus.  Wearing cotton underwear is also a must for keeping away yeast infections.

Bladder: Could be a issue with your bladder falling if you had your children vaginally. See a urologist if the antibiotics don't work.
