Gallbladder: You are very young and I don't have the benefit of seeing and examining you in person. Based on the whole constellation of symptoms though, I would think that you are  having problems with you gallbladder. The symptom of the pain getting worse after eating, is what tips me to thinking it is your gallbladder, Especially if you are eating greasy and / or spicy food frequently.

Further evaluation: A direct inspection of the bladder called cystoscopy should be considered if an infection has been ruled out. Start with seeing your family physician and obtaining a UA and urine culture. Would see a urologist for the cystoscopy. If the CT was performed with IV contrast only, it may have missed a small ureteral or renal stone. Some bladder inflammatory conditions like IC should be assessed for.

pelvic and side pain - urinalysis came back negative for uti. also abdominal pain near navel and under ribcage out toward side pain. what could it be?

Other causes: Could be problem with your appendix, (can cause umbilical pain, but usually causes fever, decreased appetite, severe pain), could be signs of a sexually transmitted infection, or an ovarian cyst.  Could be gastrointestinal (enteritis).  Would watch for fever, or any worsening of pain - will need to be evaluated by your doctor.

Look into: Painful Bladder Syndrome/IC, as this is likely to be the cause of your symptoms, rather than the ovarian cyst. IChelp.org  is a good site to review.

i consumed cranberry juice.
does the two related? and cause delayed menstruation?

Did you have sex?: If you had unprotected sex since your last period, you could be pregnant with or without UTI. Do a home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex.

Depends: Could be bladder spasm, could be uterus/tubes painful because of pelvic infection. Make sure urine is checked also via a culture (so antibiotic-resistant bacteria can be identified and proper treatment prescribed).

i have had a uti and finished the antibiotics on saturday. i am still having uncomfortable lower flank or abdominal pain. is this normal?

Not normal: Need to have urinalysis + urine culture if urinalysis is abnormal because the antibiotic may either have been ineffective against bacteria causing the uti, or the bacteria became resistant to the antibiotic taken. You will need to go on an effective antibiotic, if this is the case. Giood luck.

Maybe not UTI: Time to recheck a UA and culture, could be resistant to Cipro (ciprofloxacin) or maybe not a UTI

Hello, : Hello,   first, i need to advise you that i cannot diagnose the cause of your symptoms. The friction of the penis could irritate the urethra which would cause pain with urination. However, that would not explain abdominal pain.  You could have  a urinary tract infection which is effecting the bladder. If you have had a regular period since you last had unprotected sex, then you should not be pregnant.  But if what you are trying to describe by "bleeding between periods" is spotting since you had unprotected sex, which is before the anticipated date of your period, that could be a different matter.  In that situation there could be spotting from implantation with some mild associated cramping. But that usually would only be a for few days. If you are sexually active without protection that leaves you vulnerable to sexually transmitted diseases.  Suggest that may want to discuss this with your doctor.
