Other causes: Could be problem with your appendix, (can cause umbilical pain, but usually causes fever, decreased appetite, severe pain), could be signs of a sexually transmitted infection, or an ovarian cyst. Could be gastrointestinal (enteritis). Would watch for fever, or any worsening of pain - will need to be evaluated by your doctor.
