It depends...: What was the size and the nature of the first cyst? Benign or not?
Uterus usually can not have cysts, so please tell me more. Is this a new cyst in your ovary and behind the uterus or it's in the uterus?
What is exactly the size of it and if you have any symptom because of that?

Separate conditions: These are 2 separate conditions. Didelphys uterus  is a condition you are born with and does  attach to your bowel.
Endometriosis is acquired ( we are not sure of the exact cause). It can cause adhesions so the uterus can attach to the colon.

is it possible to get your uterus removed during childbirth operation, if the person is diabetic and on insulin?

Accepted Answer

Emergencies only: We generally do not remove a uterus during a c/section unless there is a bleeding or other life threatening emergency regardless of diabetes and Insulin use. You can however, get your fallopian tubes tied at c/s if you want to end childbearing.

my mother will have her fibroid uterus operation, the fibroid are around the uterus. what is she suppose to do before the operation? fast maybe?

Fibroid surgery: Hi, yes she needs to fast, which it means no food or drink after for 10-12 hours prior to the surgery, please check with her doctor for further recommendations.

: Time is of essence in order to avoid losing function and taking her to see her doc should help in having a proper plan. At a minimum she will need physical therapy once her pain is better controlled.

Nope: Even dr mckoy couldn't beam out a uterus without calling it surgery... Seriously, removing a body's organ requires surgery, even if minimally invasive. Vessels, ligaments, etc have to be severed and sealed one way or another. Sorry.

whats the recovery time from surgery for a tilted uterus?

About 2 weeks: If it is done laparoscopically you will be able to drive and move around 6-8 days after surgery. Remember that you will have a pulling sensation/pain into the groin for several weeks. Every week will be better. No heavy liftng for 6 weeks and listen to your body.
